We offer a monthly delivery of MultiVi products with a lifetime discount of 20% as part of our vitamin subscription service. No commitment; you may change or end your subscription at any time. To fully benefit from the vitamins, we advise taking them for at least three months.
Where do we deliver?
All UK orders over £15 and international orders over £50 qualify for free delivery. Delivery is £2.95 and takes 2 to 5 business days elsewhere in the UK. Shipping is £5.95 to Europe and takes 3 to 7 business days. Shipping is £7.95 and takes 5–10 business days for the US and Canada. Depending on the location, delivery varies for the rest of the world. Before making a purchase, all shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart. Depending on the volume requested, shipping prices change. Please be aware that we are not liable for any customs fees you may pay. Please be aware that this does not occur frequently at all. If you have any questions, contact your local customs office.
What is your return policy?
As a result, we provide a 30-day return policy starting from the transaction date. Please follow the steps below to start a return if you are not wholly pleased with your purchase:
Send the item to the specified address. Please be aware that the consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
After we receive the returned item, we'll check to see if it complies with our return policy conditions. We will process a refund to the original payment method in 5-7 business days if the merchandise complies with our return policy guidelines.
If 30 days have gone after the time your transaction was made, we're afraid we're unable to issue a refund.
